Engravings. Most of these engravings are on boxwood, a very slow-growing, scarce and therefore expensive wood. If scale demands, I sometimes use Japanese engravers’ plastic. Engravings are usually much smaller than linocuts, something to bear in mind when looking at these images which are very much smaller in real life than they are on the screen. The image beneath for example, is roughly postcard size. All prices are unframed contact me at christophermaxpig@yahoo.com, if you’d like to buy one.
